Tony M. Graham was born in Mexico, Missouri, on May 17, 1949, and received his undergraduate education at the University of Missouri at Rolla, earning a B.S. in Engineering Management in 1971. Mr. Graham received his juris doctorate from the University of Tulsa in December, 1976 and was admitted to the Oklahoma bar in 1977. After law school, Mr. Graham began working as an attorney in an associate capacity with the firm of Boyd and Parks, a general practice partnership comprised of six attorneys. The practice involved criminal defense and civil litigation representing plaintiffs and defendants, in both federal and state courts.

In December 1978 Mr. Graham was appointed Special District Judge by the District Judges, 14th Judicial District, Oklahoma, and was assigned to the Criminal and Civil Divisions until October 1982. In October 1982, Mr. Graham was appointed by Governor George Nigh and later elected without opposition as District Judge, 14th Judicial District, Oklahoma with full trial court jurisdiction and assigned to the Civil Division and served there until June 1987. Then in 1987, he was appointed United States Attorney for the Northern District of Oklahoma by President Reagan. He was responsible for representation of the United States of America in all civil and criminal matters in this district with nineteen Assistant United States Attorneys, plus support staff until an administration change in April 1993.

After leaving the bench, Mr. Graham became a partner in the firm of Feldman, Franden, Woodard & Farris. He stayed with this firm for nine years. His primary emphasis was on insurance, Indian gaming and corporate litigation defense; lender liability, defense of financial institutions, directors and officers; construction litigation; and white-collar criminal defenses. In February of 2002, Mr. Graham started his own firm and in April, 2003, he founded the firm of Graham & Freeman, P.L.L.C. with his partner, R. Jack Freeman. Currently, his primary emphasis is on Indian gaming, commercial litigation, defense of corporate directors and officers and federal criminal defense.

R. Jack Freeman was born in Commerce, Oklahoma, on November 14, 1948. He received a B.S. L. in 1971 from Ozark Bible College and received his B.S. degree from Pittsburgh State University in 1978. Mr. Freeman attended the College of Law at the University of Tulsa, receiving his juris doctorate in 1982. He was admitted to the Oklahoma bar that same year. Mr. Freeman is admitted to practice in U.S. District Court, Northern Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma and U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit.

After law school, Mr. Freeman began his legal career as a solo practitioner. His practice involved bankruptcy, probate, domestic relations, personal injury, criminal defense and civil litigation representing plaintiffs and defendants, in both federal and state courts.

In April 2003, Mr. Freeman founded the firm of Graham & Freeman, P.L.L.C. with his partner, Tony M. Graham. Currently, the principal areas of his practice are insurance defense, insurance bad faith defense, civil and commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Mr. Freeman is a member of the Barrister W. Lee Johnson Chapter, American Inns of Court, the Tulsa County, Oklahoma and American Bar Association, Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel an the Defense Research Institute. His reported cases include Carson v. Specialized Concrete, Inc., 1990 OK 87, 801 P.2d 691 (Okla. 1990), and Hartley v. Williamson, 2001 OK CIV APP6, 18 P.3d 355.
