William F. Smith was born in Lawton, Oklahoma, on October 18, 1952. He received his undergraduate education at Oklahoma State University, where he received a B.A. in political science in 1974. Mr. Smith attended law school at the University of Tulsa, earning his juris doctorate in 1977.

 

After graduation, Mr. Smith has focused primarily on civil litigation and appellate practice. His emphasis is on insurance and business litigation.

In April of 2004, Mr. Smith associated with the law firm of Graham and Freeman, P.L.L.C. where he continues his civil practice.

 

Sheila M. Bradley was born in Flushing, New York, on July 17, 1940. She received a B.A. in Zoology from the University of Pennsylvania in 1962. Ms. Bradley attended law school at the University of Tulsa, earning her juris doctorate with honors in May 1989. She was admitted to the Oklahoma bar that same year and began working as an associate attorney with the firm of Joyce and Pollard, where she had interned prior to graduation.

In May 2000, Ms. Bradley became a law clerk for Bankruptcy Judge Dana L. Rasure, Northern District of Oklahoma. In assisting the Court, she reviewed files and pleadings, researched issues not limited to bankruptcy, prepared bench memos, attended hearings and trials, and drafted memorandum opinions and orders. In June 2004, Ms. Bradley joined the law firm of Graham & Freeman, PLLC, as an associate. Currently, her emphasis is on civil litigation and insurance defense.

 

Ms. Bradley has been active as a committee member, chair and director in the Tulsa County Bar Association and as an associate and barrister member of various chapters of the American Inns of Court. She was appointed by Governor Keating to a three year term as a commissioner on the Oklahoma Commission for Children and Youth. Ms. Bradley is a barrister member of the Hudson-Hall-Wheaton chapter of the American Inns of Court, and a member of the Tulsa County and Oklahoma Bar Associations.
